Salvatore Calvino is a hands-on executive with over 30 years of experience in the Aircraft Deicing, Air Cargo Handling, Fueling and Aviation Service industries. His extensive experience has allowed him to successfully grow several organizations to achieve profitability and superior service levels while focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Employee Training, coupled with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Mr. Calvino holds the position of President/CEO of Quantem Aviation Services (QAS), Integrated Deicing Services (IDS), and Deicing Solutions LLC. All companies have become market leaders in their respective service areas and have substantial growth with maximum customer satisfaction. Under his guidance, IDS has launched three locations in the European market and was acknowledged by INC Magazine as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies for three consecutive years.
Senior Vice President - Finance
Karen Fortin is the Vice President of Finance for Quantem Aviation Services (QAS). A certified public accountant in the State of New Hampshire, Ms. Fortin has 24 years of accounting and finance experience in various positions in public accounting and private industry.
As CFO, Karen oversees the firm’s financial management as well as all banking and investment relationships. Ms. Fortin was previously the Controller for ARC International plc, where she was instrumental in the financial integration of multiple acquisitions and responsible for financial reporting.
Vice President Sales and Operations
Robin has over 35 years of international and domestic aviation experience in ground handling and airline operations. Throughout her career, Robin has held a variety of leadership roles including Vice President Sales & Marketing at Swissport; Vice President Business Development at Servisair and Vice President Operations the Americas at Martinair Holland.
As Vice President of Sales and Operations, Robin is responsible for the performance, growth and development of Quantem’s network of passenger, cargo and mail operations, from safety and security to sales and customer service. This customer centric structure reduces the competition in decision making between sales and operations and enforces the corporate commitment to customer service from contract negotiation to the daily airport operation and through the life of the contract.

Linda provides HR Leadership specializing in the areas of business management, human resource strategy development, implementation of human resource policies and best practices, and high performance leadership development. Her experience spans all facets of human resource management across small, mid-size and large companies and has enabled them to successfully execute on their mission, vision and critical human capital strategies.
